Weldon Deckow's review of GetCircuit

I've used GetCircuit for about 18 months. What made me happiest is the mobile app's on-the-fly reroute and ETA updates - I tap a stop, it recalculates around traffic and the delivery sequence updates instantly; in rainy PNW mornings that quick fix keeps my three trucks moving and cuts the back-and-forth with customers.

I've used GetCircuit for about two years across our regional operation. It repeatedly failed to recalc routes during heavy traffic and the app froze on drivers' tablets mid-shift, so teams had to improvise routes by phone and paper - which led to missed delivery windows and extra overtime. For a 250-truck outfit with fifteen years in the field, that level of unreliability cost us fuel, customer trust and headaches we didn't need.

…took me a minute to trust it, but Circuit’s live ETA nudges actually matched what happened on the road - way better than the paper lists and Waze combo I’d been wrestling with for years. That one thing - accurate, automatic re-ordering when traffic hit - cut an hour off my route in the first week and made my day way less stressful.

Two weeks ago, during a holiday rush one of our drivers lost the route sequence after a sudden address update and deliveries started backing up. I opened a ticket and got a reply in under 20 minutes - a real person walked us through remote troubleshooting and pushed a rollback patch the same afternoon. That fast, hands-on response is what sold me; we run 25 trucks across the Midwest and uptime like that matters more than extra bells and whistles. The app still has a couple of quirks in how it reorders stops when time windows change, which kept this from being five stars, but support’s follow-up the next morning and a scheduled check-in made the disruption short and manageable.
