Honestly pretty clean for status updates. I can tap through pickup and delivery steps quickly, and it keeps everyone on the same page. Only gripe is it takes a second to sync sometimes when my signal is spotty.

Adequate for assignment delivery and acknowledgement. I can accept and review work orders, but the workflow is not as intuitive as I expected.

Useful telematics feed, not always smooth. I can see the data coming through, but the app UI feels a little laggy at times.

Solid visibility, but the GPS can drift. I like that our location updates come through in near real time, and the breadcrumb trail is useful for checking where a truck actually was. That said, I have seen the map position jump around in dense areas and it makes me second guess the update. When it is stable, it is accurate enough for daily ops. I just wish the location refresh was more consistent.

Kinda handy when it works. I like seeing the trip status stuff in one spot, but it somtimes freezes on me and I gotta reopen it.

Pretty reliable for messaging dispatch. I can send quick updates without hunting through menus, though it still feels a bit busy on smaller screens.

Clean visibility when I’m moving. I keep the GPS sharing on and I can tell it’s updating in near real time based on how dispatch responds. The location and telematics data seem to stay current without me babysitting it. I wish there were a couple more quick actions on the main screen. Still, it’s a strong mobile workflow for staying connected.

Solid daily app once it’s set up. I mainly use it to capture on route events, and it’s nice not having to remember details later. I like that I can add the update right when it happens. The screens are a bit busy at first, but I got used to them. Overall it feels dependable when I’m on the road.
