Not happy with the mobile app. I tried using it for updates and it kept feeling laggy and awkward.

Operational dashboards are useful but not intuitive. I can find the numbers I need, yet it takes several clicks and some labels are unclear. Once configured, it is acceptable for routine monitoring.

Routing has been pretty solid for us. I like how it lays out the run without me doing a bunch of extra work. Sometimes it takes a bit to get the route view to show what I want, but it is fine once set.

Rock solid visibility end to end. I watch live tracking and ETA updates all day and the data stays consistent across the views. The routing view matches what our dispatchers expect, and the operational dashboards are easy to slice by unit and timeframe. I like digging into driver performance trends without jumping between screens. My only nit is the amount of customization options can take a minute to dial in.

Pretty useful, but not super friendly. I can see where the trucks are in real time, which I like. I still get confused clicking around the dashboards sometimes, and it feels a little busy.
