Solid visibility for dispatch decisions. I can see vehicle and shipment status in one place and make small adjustments without guessing. Reporting is adequate, though it takes a bit of clicking to find the view I want.

Not impressed with the reporting side. I tried pulling performance reports for our runs and the filters felt limited for what I needed. I also had trouble matching the numbers to what dispatch was seeing in real time. I can get some basics, but it takes too much clicking to verify. For a busy week, that gets old fast.
