Pretty rough experience overall. I kept getting confused trying to update the load status on my phone, and it never felt clear where to tap. After a couple tries I just stopped trusting it.

Very solid for proof of delivery. I can capture the POD event without much fuss, and it is easy to follow even for me. The only thing is it can be a bit confusin at first.

Overall, the communication function was unreliable. I sent messages to dispatch and did not consistently receive confirmations or replies in the app. This created unnecessary uncertainty during runs.

Pretty decent for location sharing. I like that dispatch can see where I am, but the timing updates feel a little inconsistent on my end.

Honestly, super easy to use. I can send my proof of delivery right from my phone and im not confused by it. Wish the buttons were a lil bigger.
