Two-truck owner-operator in the Southeast with six years under my belt - I chose DSV even though their quote was higher than my usual carriers. Their real-time visibility and quicker handoffs wiped out the detention charges that usually eat my margins, so the extra cost actually paid for itself.

Bottom line: DSV didn't come through when timing mattered - and it cost me. Their portal showed 'in transit' for two days while my trailer sat at a yard waiting on missing paperwork; I missed a line-side window and ate detention fees.
