What sold me wasn't the routing features so much as their support team - when a telematics feed started causing invoice mismatches in the middle of harvest, a rep stayed on a three-hour call with us, walked through database checks and finally got our invoicing back in line. That hands-on follow-through is rare; they even scheduled a short training session for our dispatchers the next day which knocked billing mistakes way down. With eight years managing a 75-truck fleet in the Pacific Northwest, fast, willing support matters, and PCS delivers on that front. Only gripe: the online docs can be thin, so expect to call them the first few times.
