Bottom line: It handled ELD duties and basic tracking well enough to keep us compliant, but I can't call it dependable in low-signal areas. We run 15 trucks in the Southeast and occasionaly the GPS will drop or trip data stops syncing mid-haul, creating confusing logs and extra paperwork; support fixed some of these but response times were uneven. I'm torn - it gets the job done most days and drivers tolerate it, but loseing minutes and hours before a roadside check is nerve-wracking and makes me question long-route reliability.
