UI can be clunky and some reports are slow, but for the price it's worthwile if you need to keep tabs on gear.

Offline mode actually works; we lose signal all the time out by the yards and the app queues everything until it's back. I've run a 20-truck fleet in the Northeast and after three years on Dossier the day-to-day friction around inspections and repairs just evaporated because the mechanic has the image and history before the truck even lands on the shop ramp.
