…and the mobile app actually saves our dispatchers a ton of time. What made me happiest was the automatic proof-of-delivery capture - drivers snap a photo, GPS and timestamp drop straight into the load record, and billing stops hassling for paperwork. Drivers also send simple ETA updates that show up on the dispatch board, which cut our call volume way down. It isn't perfect - on older phones the app can be sluggish and will sit trying to resync when weak coverage hits - but most days it behaves and the data flows where it needs to. After 25 years in the business running a 120-truck Midwest operation, those small wins add up, so I'm giving it four stars because of the occasional lag.
