Bottom line: TMW Suite pulled us out of a last-minute dispatch disaster and kept a time-sensitive refrigerated load from breaching its delivery window. On a Friday night a bridge closure forced a complete replan; the system recalculated multi-stop assignments, pushed updated ETAs and manifests to the driver app in under ten minutes, and the emailed audit trail made the post-delivery billing dispute trivial for our 55-truck operation. The UI can be clunky and new hires struggle at first, but that one rapid replan plus the solid audit history earns it four out of five.
