There were nights this winter when everything else in the office felt fragile - but TMW Suite kept our dispatch alive. I run about 40 trucks in the Midwest and after 20 years in the business I don't hand out praise lightly, but the one thing that made me really happy was how the dispatch updates and GPS sync pushed through spotty cellular coverage. When a major snowstorm took out a tower the system retried and reconciled loads without a single lost order, which let our dispatchers keep drivers moving instead of triaging data holes. It's not perfect - setup took longer than I wanted and some screens feel dated - but when uptime mattered it delivered, and that's what counts for us.
