The dispatch board is the one feature that both helps and hurts me - after 7 years on the road in the Northeast I like how granular the filters are and can find lanes fast, but the UI gets laggy and freuqently freezes during peak runs so I end up restarting the app. When it behaves acutally it cuts my planning time a lot; when it doesn't I just waste time fiddling with windows.
Bottom line: getting TMW Suite live was way less painful than I expected. Their import tool auto-mapped our 50 trucks and drivers from messy spreadsheets, which saved me days of grunt work - that single feature made me genuinely happy.
