Bottom line: getting TMW Suite live was way less painful than I expected. Their import tool auto-mapped our 50 trucks and drivers from messy spreadsheets, which saved me days of grunt work - that single feature made me genuinely happy. After 12 years dispatching in the Southeast, I appreciated that the onboarding rep walked us through real lanes instead of reading slides; practical, fast, and usable right away.

Nine years dispatching a 60-truck fleet in the Southeast, and one Friday night TMW Suite actually saved my skin. A trailer blew a tire 200 miles out and the customer was breathing down my neck; TMW's live visibility showed a truck 45 minutes away, I reassigned the load and pushed new routing and paperwork straight to the driver's app in one click - no calls, no frantic printing - and the load made delivery on time. I don't usually get excited about software, but that one auto-reassign/push feature covered a bunch of headaches in a single move.
