Moshe Frami's review of C.H. Robinson Navisphere

Right out of the gate the Navisphere login and dashboard felt familiar, but getting our carrier feeds to play nice was another story. After 25 years in the business and managing roughly 120 trucks, I've seen integrations that are ugly and this was somewhere in the middle - lots of manual mapping, carriers that sent non-standard event codes, and a couple of long days wrestling spreadsheets before the tracking looked right. Support reps were friendly and eventually got most feeds into the system, though their pace and the back-and-forth cost us time we didn't budget for. Once the data was cleaned up the visibility and Vision analytics actually started saving us headaches, so you do get a payoff - just not quickly. Leaves me torn: the interface is fine and the insights are real, but the startup friction is higher than I'd expected.
