Jennie Crona's review of C.H. Robinson Navisphere
I've used Navisphere for about three years. The platform does pull all our carrier updates into one place, which cut down the daily ping-pong between apps, but the subscription plus per-shipment fees are heavier than I expected for a 40-truck outfit. Sometimes the saved dispatch time paid for itself; other months the analytics (Navisphere Vision) flagged things after the fact and I was still on the phone chasing drivers - frustrating. I can't deny it made tracking less of a nightmare, yet the steady cost feels hard to justify when rate pressure and lane changes eat into margins. If you run a bigger operation or broker lots of third-party freight it might click; for my Midwest fleet with tight margins, it's a cautious maybe.
