Really happy with the proof of delivery. I am not super techy, but the driver side was simple enough for us to get signatures and photos without a bunch of steps. Customers stopped arguing with us once we had the picture right there. I did have to show one driver where the barcode scan sits, but after that it was fine. Only gripe is the screen feels a little cluttered at first, and I hit the wrong button a couple times.
Disappointing proof of delivery flow. We repeatedly had issues with signatures and photos not attaching correctly to the completed delivery, and I had to recheck records manually. For day to day operations, that is an unacceptable reliability gap.
Buggy GPS updates most days. I can tell it is trying to track in real time, but the location refresh lags or jumps around, which makes me second guess what I am seeing. With how cloud based it is, I expected tighter consistency.
Reporting is solid and easy to read. I use it to review delivery activity without digging around.
