Reliable for documenting shipments on-site. I find it helpful to record dimensions and attach photos in one place while I am at the location. The screen flow took me a short while to understand, but it is manageable.
Honestly, the photo capture is nice. I use it on site and it keeps everything tied to the shipment without me typing a bunch of notes later. My only nit is it feels a little slow to finish up when reception is weak.

The sync to the back office is decent, but I have seen it lag or fail when the connection is spotty, and then I am not sure what actually made it through.
