Solid ETAs, but the live status can lag. I like how the arrival estimates adjust as the route progresses. Still, I have seen updates come in late when the connection is spotty, which is annoying.

Honestly, the status updates are my favorite part. I like checking in and seeing delivery progress without texting drivers all day. Once we started using it, it just felt easier to stay on the same page.

Good for keeping customers in the loop. We can share clearer ETAs and avoid guessing when someone asks for an update.
