Decent tool, kinda confusing. I can see the driver location and that part is nice, but the screens feel a bit cluttered to me. I had to click arond more than I expected.

Honestly, the status updates are my favorite part. I like checking in and seeing delivery progress without texting drivers all day. Once we started using it, it just felt easier to stay on the same page.

Good for keeping customers in the loop. We can share clearer ETAs and avoid guessing when someone asks for an update.
