Tracking is pretty dang handy. I can check where the driver is without calling, which I like. The updates feel live enough, even if I fumble around the screen sometimes lol.

Honestly, the status updates are my favorite part. I like checking in and seeing delivery progress without texting drivers all day. Once we started using it, it just felt easier to stay on the same page.

Good for keeping customers in the loop. We can share clearer ETAs and avoid guessing when someone asks for an update.
