Morton O'Reilly's review of CargoWise
Two Fridays ago, right as a driver was loading a cross-border run, CargoWise froze on the BOL generation screen and wouldn't let us print documents. Waiting on support was maddening - 90 minutes on hold followed by a canned email telling me to clear my cache, which of course did nothing. Eventually an escalation to a senior analyst actually stayed with me on a call for two hours and fixed the mapping issue; that hands-on help was excellent but getting there felt completely random and luck-based. For a 20-truck operation in the Northeast, that inconsistency is a real headache - sometimes they bend over backwards, sometimes the first replies are basically useless. I'm torn: the system can handle complex border runs when it works, but the patchy support experience makes me cautious about relying on it for my busiest days.
