Very dependable tracking updates overall. I can see the shipment status in real time without digging through different carrier sites, which keeps things clear for us. The screens are a bit busy at first, but it is manageable once you learn where to look.
Great API docs and predictable responses. I wired up tracking calls quickly and the status updates came back clean.
Setup went smoother than I expected. We hooked into our existing carriers and I did not have to chase down a bunch of custom work. A couple settings felt buried, but once it was in place it was fine. I would do it again.
Decent tracking, but not always intuitive. I like seeing shipment status in one place, but I still get confused by some of the status names between carriers. I wish the wording was more consistent. It works, I just have to double check sometimes.
