Surprisingly consistent chain of custody history. I like that each scan creates a clear record I can audit later without hunting through emails. We set up barcode scanning on day one and it behaved predictably after that. The centralized view makes it easy for me to confirm whether an item is still inbound or already at the final stop. My only nit is the wording in a couple status labels is a little confusing at first.
Really solid for basic visibility. I can quickly check where a shipment is in the internal handoff, and that helps me stay calm. Sometimes the wording feels a bit wierd, but it is easy enough.
