Clean visibility across the whole shipment. I like that I can open one screen and see the latest scan events without jumping between carrier sites. The real time updates have been consistent in my lanes so far. It also makes exceptions easier to spot when something stops moving. I do wish the tracking view let me filter a little faster sometimes.
Love having everything in one dashboard. I can monitor shipments end to end without bouncing between carrier pages.
Reasonable, but the dashboard can feel dense. I appreciate having shipping activity centralized, yet the interface requires careful navigation to find the exact shipment view I want. I can work with it, but it is not particularly intuitive at first.
Pretty happy with the tracking updates. I can see where stuff is without diggin around, and my customers get the branded page too. Took me a sec to find it the first time, but its been fine.
