Reliable tracking visibility for our shipments. We use it to monitor delivery status across carriers and it stays consistent throughout the day. The notification settings are adequate, although the wording could be clearer in a few spots.
Really clean tracking view day to day. I like that everything shows up in one dashboard, so I am not bouncing between carrier sites to see where a shipment is. The delivery status updates feel current enough that I trust what I am looking at. The automated notifications are nice, but I had to tweak them a bit to avoid getting too many pings. Overall, it keeps me in the loop without being complicated.
