Solid visibility for dispatch decisions. I can see vehicle and shipment status in one place and make small adjustments without guessing. Reporting is adequate, though it takes a bit of clicking to find the view I want.
Adequate for assignment delivery and acknowledgement. I can accept and review work orders, but the workflow is not as intuitive as I expected.
Very solid proof of delivery flow. I can capture delivery confirmation quickly and it is clear what was submitted. I would appreciate slightly fewer taps in that screen.
