Generally reliable shipment visibility. I appreciate the centralized view of tracking status and the consistency of updates. However, the status messaging can feel somewhat generic when a shipment is in an unusual state.
Decent fulfillment workflows, but a little rigid. We like the automation, yet I still run into steps that do not match how we process orders.

Really happy with the inventory view. I can see what we have across channels without bouncing between screens, and it stays pretty clear day to day. I wish the dashboard layout was a bit more flexible, but it works.
