Pretty useful, but not always accurate. I like having one place to watch orders move from warehouse to delivery. The updates are usually quick and easy to follow. Still, I have seen shipment statuses sit unchanged for too long. When that happens, I do not know if it is delayed or just not updating.
Super clean order tracking experience. I can pull up an order and watch it move from warehousing to the last mile without guessing. Just wish the shipment status notes were a bit more detailed.
