Generally good, but not always clear. I appreciate having a centralized view of order status through delivery, and I use it regularly. However, some delivery update messages are too generic, so I am not always certain what changed.
Decent warehouse coverage, but not perfect. I like seeing inventory split across locations, yet the way it displays totals can be a little confusing.
Easy enough to follow order status. I can log in and see where shipments stand without needing much training. I do sometimes need to click around to find older orders.
