Decent visibility when it works. I like the condition/status signals, but the event timing can lag enough to be confusing.

Disappointing support response times. When we had questions about sensor behavior and event logs, I received slow follow up and limited guidance.

Fine data, rough onboarding. We got useful status updates, but the initial setup and pairing felt more complicated than it needed to be.
