Consistent cargo condition readings so far. We use it to monitor temperature, and I appreciate that the information is presented clearly enough for routine checks. I would welcome more control over how often those readings refresh.
Support was actually helpful when we had questions. I reached out about getting everything talking correctly and they walked me through it without rushing. The replies came back with clear steps and no fluff. I liked that they stuck to the basics and did not push extra add ons. The only downside was the first response was not instant, but it was same day for me.
