When a reefer missed its delivery slot because the ETA stopped updating at 2 a.m., I cursed Infor out loud. I dispatch about 30 trucks on the West Coast and, to be fair, the planning dashboard usually gives a useful snapshot - but occasional sync lags turn that snapshot into a guessing game right when you need certainty. It's been helpful enough to keep using (it nailed forecasts a couple times), yet that overnight outage cost us a load and my customer's patience, so I'm torn.
