Jillian Kuhic's review of Infor
7 years we've had Infor in our stack, and a single scheduling failure last May rerouted ten loads to the wrong terminal and left four drivers stranded overnight. That mishap cost us roughly $11,500 in detention and contract penalties, and when I called suppport they punted to "data anomalies" while the planner kept proposing the same bad routes - the AI actually amplified the mistake. Corrections took days, a key customer left, and I can't justify keeping this in live fleet operations.
