Pretty happy with the status updates. I check it during the day and it usually matches what I am hearing from our customers. The only thing is I wish the delivery date wording was simpler.

Surprisingly easy to understand day to day. I mainly care about seeing the shipment progress without digging around, and I can usually find it right away. The tracking page looks like it belongs to our store, which I like. I did have to read the labels twice at first, they were a bit wordy. Still, once I got used to it, I felt comfortable checking it when customers asked. I wish the date estimate was a touch clearer, but it is alright.

Nice and simple to follow. I showed it to our team and they got it prety quick, even me. One thing though, the delivery date text can be a lil confusing.

Good branding control, but the status steps feel generic. I can make it look like us, yet it still reads a bit canned.
