Great visibility in one place. I can pull up tracking fast and the status updates make sense.

Not very friendly for me. I got lost trying to find the latest tracking update and it felt like there were too many steps. I just wanted a simple view of where it was.

Too many status changes. I checked a shipment and it bounced between updates that did not match what I expected.
