Decent tracking, but a bit confusing. I like seeing shipment status in one place, however the wording on some updates is not very clear to me. I had to double check what certain statuses meant.

Not very friendly for me. I got lost trying to find the latest tracking update and it felt like there were too many steps. I just wanted a simple view of where it was.
