Pretty solid day to day tracking. I like being able to see where our drivers are in real time without constantly checking in. The status updates are clear enough that our office can answer basic questions quickly. The GPS view is usually accurate, but it can lag for a minute when a phone signal is weak. Overall, it keeps me calmer during busy delivery windows.
Honestly, the driver tracking is nice. I can pull it up and get a quick sense of where everyone is without digging around. Only gripe is it takes a little time to get used to the layout.
Frustrating notifications for customers. We tried using the proactive updates, but the message timing did not line up with what was happening in the field. I had to babysit it more than I expected, and that defeated the point for us.
