…the ETA module kept drifting by hours on busy days, not minutes. We lost two time-sensitive contracts and paid detention fees because dispatchers routed trucks on those false ETAs; fixing routes required manual overrides that nulled the whole point of an "intelligent" engine and cost us roughly $1,400 in fines and extra fuel. With our 15 trucks and five years running regional lanes in the Southeast, I'm left frustrated - nice idea, poor exection; the reassignements lag and the system doesn't learn from repeated errors, so it's more headache than help.
