Pretty smooth getting our DOT stuff done. I was worried about messing up the registration, but they kept it simple and answered my questions. Communication could be a little faster on busy days.
Nice support for drug and alcohol stuff. I was confuse at first, but they walked me thru what paperwork I needed and what to do next. A few emails felt a bit too official, but I got it.
