Decent guidance, but not always clear. We had them handle our BOC-3 agent designation and the communication was professional. I still found some of the wording around what to send in a bit confusing at first. It worked out, but I had to double check a few steps.

Very reliable for tricky filings. I used their compliance specialists for a biennial MCS-150 update and the instructions were clear and careful. The process felt controlled instead of confusing. My only nit is I would like slightly faster confirmation once everything is submitted.

Pretty happy with how they handled my agent designation. I am not great with online forms and they kept me on track. Took a couple calls becuase I missed a detail.
