The mobile app is flat-out unreliable and it has cost us real money and credibility with customers. Terrible. In the field, especially across rural Pacific Northwest routes, it frequently drops connection, refuses to sync changes, and freezes while drivers try to capture proof-of-delivery - forcing them to call dispatch and hand-enter statuses later. After seven years doing admin work for roughly 100 trucks I can say the worst part is duplicate appointments and missed check-ins caused by failed syncs; last month that led to detention fees and three angry shippers. Support tickets get acknowledged but fixes are slow and the last update fixed one crash while introducing a new GPS-flip bug. If you need a phone app your drivers can rely on during a long haul, this isn’t it.
