Not happy with the customization process. I tried to set tighter spending controls and the rules did not behave as expected at first. I ended up spending too much time rechecking transactions to confirm the settings were actually applied.
Clean reporting, easy to read. I can quickly check transactions and spot anything that looks off.
Fairly reliable at the pump. I like the fraud controls, but the transaction details can feel a little overwhelming.
Love the wide fuel network. I’ve had way fewer “can’t use that card” moments on the road. The only nit is I still double check my usual stops before a long run.
