Professional and consistent experience overall. I appreciate being able to communicate and keep shipment notes in one spot when working their freight. My only reservation is that access is limited to approved carriers, so it is not useful outside that lane mix.
Pretty easy to keep up with loads. I like that everything stays in one place when I’m working their freight, and I can check the shipment details without hunting around. The app feels a little busy at first, but I got used to it.
Not impressed with load search results. I can see freight, but the filtering feels limited and I end up scrolling more than I want. A few times the details view loaded slowly on my connection. It is fine for occasional use, just not smooth when I am trying to compare options quickly. I expected a tighter experience for a broker only dashboard.
