Really clean way to handle paperwork. I can upload documents right after delivery and see that they went through, which cuts down on guessing. The shipment page keeps everything in one place so I am not jumping between messages. I also like having a clear record of what I submitted. One small nit is that it takes a minute to learn where the document upload sits.
Pretty easy to keep up with loads. I like that everything stays in one place when I’m working their freight, and I can check the shipment details without hunting around. The app feels a little busy at first, but I got used to it.
Not impressed with load search results. I can see freight, but the filtering feels limited and I end up scrolling more than I want. A few times the details view loaded slowly on my connection. It is fine for occasional use, just not smooth when I am trying to compare options quickly. I expected a tighter experience for a broker only dashboard.
