Last spring a supplier shut down unexpectedly and we had a two-hour delivery window for a refrigerated pallet; Manhattan's TMS pushed an updated ETA and an automatic reroute to a neigher terminal within minutes, which saved that load. Compared to our old on-premise system - which required manual calls and hours to scedule changes - the automated tendering and live ETA updates were the one feature that actually changed dispatch managment for us, and I was relaly pleased. Not flawless, mapping in rural lanes still needs work, but for fifteen trucks across the Southeast it's a noticeable improvement over what we used before.
