Disappointing accuracy in rate comparisons. I reviewed the pricing insights for several lanes, and the numbers did not reflect what I was being quoted. As a result, I do not rely on that information when discussing rates.

Not great on my phone. I tried looking up loads while parked, but it kept laggin and I had to reload a couple times. I just gave up and waited until later.

Professional and consistent for load matching. I have been satisfied with the search results when I enter my equipment and preferred lanes. The process is straightforward for me.
