Disappointing accuracy in rate comparisons. I reviewed the pricing insights for several lanes, and the numbers did not reflect what I was being quoted. As a result, I do not rely on that information when discussing rates.

Sometimes the filters take a minute to dial in, but it is manageable. I end up checking it daily when planning the next run.
