I manage a 25 truck fleet and have three years in the business. We hired Prime Dispatch Services to handle load sourcing and broker communication, but their rate negotiation failed and confirmations were often missing. They missed a broker confirmation on a high value load, which cost us a missed pickup and a $1,200 detention fee, and we spent two days chasing updates and recieving no clear answers. Paperwork errors and inconsistent dispatch follow-ups led to a rebroker fee and extra admin hours, their schedulng was spotty so drivers sat waiting more than once. After three months of repeated errors and extra costs my team stopped using them.
