Their single dispatcher assigned to our fleet was the thing that actually impressed me. He learned our preferred Northeast lanes and truck availability within 48 hours, which meant we had paying miles without a week of back-and-forth. Setting up the portal took maybe twenty minutes and they uploaded our trailer and insurance docs so we didn't have to chase paperwork. For a 20-truck small fleet trying to avoid hiring in-house dispatch, this was one of the easiest setups I've dealt with.
